    People forget how dominant Shaq was, I think it’s because towards the end of his prime 2004-2006, Lebron became the most dominant player.
    If I had to pick, I would take Prime Shaq over Prime LBJ.

    This Shaq is just monstrous. He is the Laker's flagship player that time.
    Kobe knows it, as he is just a mere scorer of a role player. Not to mention that Kobe is not that reliable as Shaq in scoring efficiency during this 3-peat run.

      Than you definitely didn't watched those seasons. Only in 2000 Shaq was clearly better player than Kobe, in 2001 and 2001 Lakers played finals only because of KOBE and Kobe was the mean who played the best in play offs in 2001 and 2002, Shaq wasonly better than him in finals, Lakers wouldn't play finals if wasn't Kobe in 2001 and 2002. So, Kobe wouldn't have thise titles without Shaq, and Shaq would also never winthose titles without Kobe, NEVER.

    Kobe fans wouldn't like this but kobe's lucky he got these monster at his peak. Those 3 rings is because of Shaq. Most dominant at that time.

      Shaq was just as lucky. He's the most dominant at that time for sure and definitely the main option specially during the finals but remove kobe from the team then he wouldn't even reach the finals guaranteed. You dont need to discredit kobe to appreciate shaqs dominance.

      Jalen Rose intentionally injured Kobe in game 2 by sliding his feet under Kobe's feet while Kobe was shooting. This caused Kobe to have an ankle injury that he played through for the rest of the series.
