Coming to earnings - it depends Suppose u work in good corporate- defiinetly pay will be at par with other consultant If u start a hospital at district level - u will have bit more If u plan to go abroad- u will earn much better than any other here

Thank u Dr Bone, yes it would be advantageous if u would like to settle at town level. Many practitioners i know at town level have opened up their own small hospital setup as they are quite confident of handling emergencies
@@TheChait83 sir, at my rank i have oppurtunity to get MD chest medicine ( pvt college - Acat seat ,have to take loan for that) .. DNB chest medicine in institute like sunshine hospital,hyd. ... MD anesthesia in govt .college kurnool...
What would you suggest sir.. iam just in dielema .. want to settle and earn good as this is my 3rd attempt
