    What's fun about this too is that I see some of your press-ons are using colors I've wanted to try but was afraid I might not like with my skin tone, so I didn't want to purchase a whole bottle of polish. This gives me an opportunity to try unique colors, and if I like them, I can always buy the O&J polish for doing my own nails too.
    This is a fun solution, because I'm still learning to polish my own nails (and need a lot more practice), so in the meantime if I need something a little more professional for an event or special something, I can pop these on! Can't wait to try them. :)

      That's true, but if I don't like the color on me, it feels like less of a waste than not knowing what to do with a whole bottle of polish of a color I don't think looks good on me. I can always keep the glue and other implements for press-ons of a color I already know I love on me. But ordinarily yes, for sure, the polish is the way to go. :)

    I’ve been using acrylic and gel nails for decades and recently got a really bad reaction to nail gel. I’m going full olive and June and pink goldfish is going to be my signature color for polish and press ons. Thank you

    I love your personalities 💖 And just the whole brand! I’m wearing the press-ons right now but I watched this anyway just for fun. Haha

    I'm so ready to try these nails but I have a couple of questions. What does the company consider "long term wear"? I was hoping to get two weeks wear but if they'll come off in warm soapy water after 5 to 6 days I'm concerned they'll come off in the bath far sooner than I'd like.

      Hi Sheila! While our press-ons, themselves, are waterproof, the more your nails are soaked in hot water, the quicker the glue will dissolve. Showers and washing dishes are fine, but a hot bath may cause them to begin to lift a bit more quickly! Otherwise, our press ons can last up to 7+ days! Let us know if you have any other questions! Feel free to reach out to us at hello@oliveandjune.com XO

    Is there any chance you’d consider making these with the peel tab underneath so that all you have to do is remove the tab and press it to your nail? Those are so much better than using regular mail glue and they last longer.

    Question about positioning. When you polish your nails, you leave a gap between the cuticle base and the layers of lacquer. When you're finding the right size press-on, should the plastic be lightly butted up against your cuticle base, or should you leave a gap? Thanks!

      Hi! It's totally up to your preference, but we always recommend pushing back your cuticles and gently buffing them away to give a more clean look along the cuticle line! Getting the press-on close to the cuticle line will help them look the most natural as well!

    Hi, what do you do when the smallest nail is still too wide? It really digs into the side of my pinky. Does that mean your product doesn’t work for me?

    Do you have any tips for if you accidentally get glue on the top of the press on nail during application? 😢

    • @oliveandjune
      @oliveandjune  Рік тому +1

      Of course! We recommend gently buffing away any dried glue, and using the wooden cuticle pusher to remove any glue that might seep out during application before it dries!

    Are they going to pop off if I'm taking a warm/hot bath?

    • @oliveandjune
      @oliveandjune  Рік тому

      They can be soaked off if you leave your hands in hot water for about 10-15 mins, otherwise they should stay on 💕

    No silicone nail pouch?

    • @oliveandjune
      @oliveandjune  Рік тому +1

      Great catch! The Press-on System does include a small silicone pouch, which is usually packed underneath the Removal System 💕

    Audio is badly done - Sarah is so much louder than Liv. Someone needs to even out the audio levels. If I turn up the volume so I can hear Liv, when Sarah speaks it's like I turned it up to 10.

    Why are you calling the skin on the sides of the nails the “cuticle”? The cuticle is what you push down with the cuticle pusher. I think the cuticle serum product needs a better (correct) name; you all should know better that that!🤦‍♀️

      Because "hangnail" serum doesn't sound cute?

    At 1 minutes & 54 seconds, you say, “if the nail fits you perfectly and you haven’t pressed down on it yet, that means it’s actually going to be too big.”
    … I might be slow because my brain is mush at the moment, but what do you mean by that?!! I don’t understand that statement. 🤔🫠😬

    • @oliveandjune
      @oliveandjune  Рік тому

      Hi! When finding your sizes, we recommend pushing the press-on nail flat onto your natural nail to find the most accurate fit, as the press-on will be wider once it's fully pressed down! If you have any questions regarding press-on sizing, please send our team an email at hello@oliveandjune.com 💖
