Please be aware before you apply that 99% of Japanese will not speak English (even if they know how). Went to Tokyo on a 6 month assignment as a Big 4 Auditor and while I was in office and doing work it was ok as documents were translated to English or I had Japanese colleagues who would translate verbally for me. I was lucky I was staying in a hotel during my work assignment as well where because of tourism the hotel staff spoke English. However if you have to sign a rental agreement or go about living your daily life its unrealistic to expect people to translate for you. Before you apply for either program you should consider how fluent you are in writing and speaking Japanese. Good luck if you do apply.
Two year lease, key deposit, interviews, etc... just to rent a small apartment, then one has to get power, water, electricity, mail. It's impossible to do one your own.
Short and crisp. No fuss.
How can one try to move abroad without education? Neither of these visas seem to fit my situation.

Its immoral to scam a refugee system. That should be enough reason not to do it, But if you need a self centred reason consider that you will eventually get caught and you will be punished.
