Do as much networking as you can in person but also don't be shy about messaging venues on instagram or through their website and asking for the contact information of the person who makes bookings. Send them a brief personalised message (mention something that you like about the venue) with your EPK and Links then follow up a few weeks later asking if they've had a chance to review it yet. Cold messaging takes time and can be discouraging but it will work out eventually. Good luck!
Hey Megan do you by any chance know the px size of your EPK... If so, can you tell me if it also supports Mobile version. Cause I see Desktop 😶 please help.
