He never said that Europe's problems are not the world's problems; he said that Europe must stop only seeing European problems, expecting the world to breathe around them, and ignoring the rest of the world for everything else. And his observation was also factual: it's clear that Europe keeps ignoring the rest of the world, except for North America. Some of you may say that these atrocities were committed in the past and the current Europeans are not at fault but I would say that while it's not their fault(current Europeans) what have they done to undo their ancestor's doings and apologize to the world.
