What about women vs men? It seems this whole presentation was about men. Also, what about diagnosing BEFORE organ damage has started. How does it affect ovaries? Bladder? Uterus? I had this filling my pelvis and fusing my bladder to my uterus and cervix and encasing my ureter. It took my surgeon 5 hours to remove and she said it all came out attached to my uterus. I had one tiny lesion of endometriosis on my left USL but my right was completely encased and was the only thing that showed up in imaging. There is zero discussion of this disease in women!

I have this disease and it's very difficult when no doctors in my area are aware of it. :(

I had this on my right ovary. I almost died till my doctors found a doctor at the University of Kentucky hospital to do my surgery
I have had this disease forever! Many challenges with this disease that presents with back pain, leg pain and renal artery blockage.
How do you treat retroperitonial fibrosis and now what is your condition pls tell me i am from India and doctors find i have retroperitonial fibrosis.
