sir first of all your way of explanation is outstanding but in this lecture you have created a bit confusion in explanation .your explanation for the deterrence theory and incapacitation theory is almost the same which is confusing

Deterrence aims to prevent crime by making people fear punishment, hoping this fear will stop them from offending. Incapacitation seeks to protect society by imprisoning offenders so they can't commit more crimes. Deterrence relies on the threat of punishment, while incapacitation relies on physically restraining offenders
