    Obviously it's been a big transition, everyone having to work from home, a lot of businesses on furlough at the moment, but there's never been a better time for... If you are an agency owner or you're looking to start and get into... Starting your own recruitment agency, now is the time to double down in terms of client conversations. So when, I mean conversations, I don't mean actually just touting for business straight away, but actually giving value buck, having these conversations on social media. Whether it's on a LinkedIn chat, whether it's sending them a video intro message, emailing them, setting up webinars, there's a lot of different ways and means that you can do this. But in these times of uncertainty and when things do get back to normal, it's going to be the relationships that you've built now over the next few weeks, whilst everyone's at home, that's going to build your foundations of your agency moving forward.
    What you tend to find is there's been a lot of response rates that we've seen that have went through the roof. And normally you would only get 20, 30% response rates. Everyone is at home. They're not in meetings every day. They're not doing meetings after meetings. Yes, they probably do Zoom meetings, but in a Zoom meeting, most people still check their emails and check their LinkedIn. So making sure that you're using this time too, like I said, double down in terms of content that you're creating on social media. So pushing out video content, information, value ads within your niche. Now is the time to really go deep, deep, deep into your niche market. Because when everyone comes out of this, the key driver for you is going to be the factor that you have a key differentiator in the market because a lot of agencies are going to be scrapping around, probably reducing their fees unfortunately just because of the need to get money on the table.
    So what you need to do is after having all of these conversations over the next few weeks, you can compile that data into knowing your, what you called an avatar, a lot clearer than anyone else in the market. And then you can start giving more value in terms of productized your service. What extra things can you do for your agency rather than just sending a CV and finding the candidate? Can you help him set them events for the market? Can you help them with their tech career side? Can you help them with some social media presence like helping elevate their brand?

    To register a agency what route do you recommend to register via companies House or companies made simple and what package would you recommend for a staffing agencies for healthcare
