If you can't get money out of the plaintiff, sue the companies that are liable for your injury. Say you were in a BMW, with faulty doors, that's a lawsuit against BMW, if those doors caused serious injury. Theres always money to be made in a personal injury case.
Can I ask a somewhat complicated question. Following a non fault RTC accident in 2016 resulted in my loosing my business life and health. Seven years on I’m still unable to work and my settlement I feel fall very short of the mark. Is there any way of reopening a personal injury settlement case if you feel it was unfair?
You can't reopen the settlement unless the other party defrauded you or misrepresented the facts. But, if the settlement was handled by solicitors for you, you may be able to sue those solicitors for negligence. Seek advice from a professional negligence lawyer.
my dad passed away at work and i put in a claim, how much would i look to get, he died because of a fall , harness was faulty and other health and safety problems on site
I refused FOUR insulting offers over 4years in regards to my PI claim. When I finally accepted the fifth offer we were 12wks away from court. File a complaint with the solicitors firm about any solicitor whom you think is under representing you. That action alone will cut any additional nonsense or have a new one assigned to you and give you bargaining power on success fee.
Always giving brilliant advice. Cheers to you, Daniel!
