24:15 - There is a Shrine in the center of the Spiral Cape near Tarrey Town - the Gemimik Shrine. Inside is both the Electric Motor and Propellor Devices. If you Ultrahand the two pieces together, while unable to access Autobuild within the Shrine, it *does* add the combination to the Autobuild History - making them available to build with once you leave. As long as it's in the History or you Favorite it, the Two Parts can be used in Builds for 6 Zonaite... Remember that the Motor still need an Electrical Current to charge up, so a Shock Emitter should be added for constant charge during use!
So, the reason why the Wheel contraptions go so fast is a combination of two things. 1st, the Wagon Wheels don't have a speed cap, as mentioned at the end of the video. I suppose it was to give them some purpose in Construction compared to the Small and Big Zonai Wheels. You can attach a rocket to a wagon and those wheels will be able to keep up with it. 2nd, the speed of the Big Wheels _stacks._ By attaching a Big Wheel to another Big Wheel through the axels, the speed the second wheel doubles. You add another one, the last in the chain moves at 3x speed, etc. This allows for crazy fast contraptions, as well as doing an insane amount of damage to anything it touches.
You know how baby lizalfos are born? When daddy lizalfos loves mommy lizalfos very much. Never get that shot and it seems they are doin it, but its the perspective. The front one is farther away. Nintendo never thought of this IMHO.
