They started a new place to their store called Marketplace and the only thing I don't like about it is you have to add shipping costs with them.

Hey there! Honey Bee have a question for you why would you leave Oklahoma to go to a really cold state like Alaska? I would love to move somewhere nice and warm I'm from Minnesota where we have longer winters and at almost 71 years old suffering from chronic pain just can't stand the cold anymore.
I ordered a toddler from FBBD two months ago and I got an email saying my order was delivered and signed for. All I received was a 12 month sized tshirt with a circus bear on it. I opened a dispute and tried to get a refund. Then they messaged me and told me to buy a link for a penny and to close the dispute. They ensured that the doll was being made and on its way. I went ahead and followed those instructions and I’m just going to try to trust them. They have an IG page and everything. I’ll try to come back to this comment and update if I ever truly receive the doll. If not I will open a dispute again.
What? Wow... that does sound similar. I'm so sorry. I never got mine. We all need to stop shopping with them. This happens way too much. I wish you didn't have to go through this. Try to be persistent and getting a refund. Open another dispute with them.
