When I use samples it could be that the snare has not enough body. I like blending a snare without wires...thats my trick. Works almost every time. 😊😊😊
In all honesty, I'm not a fan of this sample pack... Jake Reed's Super Dead Drums (all three volumes) have been getting a lot of use here, both because of how they sound and also the huge variety of loops and single hits offered when you combine the whole thing. Cymbals are sometimes a bit muffled, but nothing that another cymbals pack doesn't solve. Your drum sample pack needs more flexibility (more simple loops, more cymbals and hats loops) and the loops themselves should have "less produced and polished" variations. That is, of course, just my humble opinion. Keep up with the good work.
1st thought is Jake is the goat. I love him. 508 loops is a great deal for a $35 pack of one drum kit, but if you compare it to a $120 combination of 3 packs then sure it's a bit of a silly comparison. Jake's packs are awesome. My intention with this pack is to give one predictable sound that can be manipulated in whichever direction you'd like it to be. When using the loops I definitely "lofi" them for writing but then can have the original "studio kit" sound on the hook or wherever you decide.
@@itsstudiotime Hey, didn't mean to offend you in any way, mate. Will be looking forward for the next one, surely. Consider making simple and straight hi hat loops available. Open, slightly open, closed, etc. These are gold and most packs only offer complicated patterns HH loops, when typically simpler ones would be much, much more useful in the majority of scenarios. Cheers.
I used these samples twice in the last few months and everyone I showed the demos to commented on the drums FIRST. Thank you andrew!
Love it! Thanks
This Sample Pack is still so useful!
Andrew's samples are top-notch... full-bodied sound from a passionate pro!
I'm not even mad that this ad worked on me. Fair play, my dude.
lol love it

Could you make a video about what experiences and tips you have with publishing music? Great video!
yes , yes they are
i use the snares from this pack all the time! i don't have any big, deep, fat snares on hand, so i'll drop these in to beef things up.
Awesome!
People always comment on how great the drums sound when I use this pack.
definitely still good 👍🏼
Excellent software! Sounds awesome! I really enjoyed this video.
It would be nice if you could create a Kontakt instrument from your samples. Much more useful...
There are Battery/Ableton/Logic presets included in the pack as well as the samples, and the loops.
@@itsstudiotime OK...that makes it better for those using those platforms.

Appreciate the feedback though - will consider on the next pack.
