We built one in our training course for electronics and obviously we had a tutor help us but a decent electrician could do the same (Wiring diagrams/Fab work/Soldering) haha there are different levels of electricians out there. How dare you diminish the abilities of the superior trade!!!

It truly looks like a new house. They fund it via sponsors who get to insert their names and maybe a small little clip (like the hardware store they’ve clearly signed a contract with, they add a little visit to the store video which is just an add but way less annoying). Considering the intel funded setup fix series, you should totally do this but for people in general rather than just employees (I mean you gotta run out of covering those right? 😂). I’d absolutely love to watch that. And this video is a prime example of someone deserving! Love it! More please!

I'd love to see a series like this doing upgrades for local non-profits, charities & all around community heroes. Re-doing the workshop of a local granny who has been making beanies for sick kids or helping retool the servers for a charity that helps people find shelter. A lot of these organisations literally cannot afford to pay someone to help them with their tech & just have to make do with so & so's son who "loves the computers" instead. I think it could make a massive difference for a reletively tiny cost, be fantastic advertising for your brands (intel saves local puppy orphanage etc) & it would lead to a lot of views I'd imagine.
Cable Margaret requires there factors. 1. Account for every wire(and possible wires), where they will route, and how long the wires will be. 2. An understanding of how hidden you want the wires to be. This will dictate what you buy and how hard/time consuming the install will be. 3. An unyielding hatred for wires.
I backed the kickstarter for the Ugreen NAS's, and I ended up getting 3. Best decision ever. Literally one of the best built AIO NAS solutions on the market for home / small business use (The software is still catching up, but it's getting there). I've had no problems with Docker & installing custom OS's as well. The Specs are also amazing - especially having 10gbe ethernet on the more expensive options
Rolling desks in productivity spaces are amazing. I recently put some castors on the desk in my photography studio and it's been an amazing upgrade to reconfigure the space quickly or get a table where i need it.
This was a pretty great transformation of the space. Super functional. I hate the montage music of the reveal (that overly saccharine wholesome garbo), but aside from that minor gripe I loved everything about this video

The electricians I know can bend conduit and run wires. Building a bench power supply is engineer territory.
