do you know if her + sw, kafka, and luocha will be solid? I presume so but I figure I might aswell ask

Yeah kafka + sw + luocha will be good enough.
Sw, kafka, black swan, pela, welt any hero whomever applies debuff on the enemy will be good for Acheron. But for maximum damage output sw and pela will be good bcz they kind of put def ignorance on enemies. As for sustain you can run any, it doesn't matter.

I dont have 5 star sustains nor a unit like gepard for shields.. ..but will make her E2S1.only regret is that i need to wait for long time to summon jingliu .

Good luck on your pulling, and if you don't have sustain (yet you must have got those free 4star healers) try to get good speed and dmg so you can wipe out the enemy before their turn. And keep a free healers if, in case you need it 💀

im new to star rail, so may i ask how can i use acheron's ultimate in battle? whatever energy i regeneratd, i was never able to use her ultimate since i got her😢 her ultimate is what i am looking forward to use

She doesn't require energy, instead every time you'll put a debuff on enemies you'll have one stack (on her ultimate button) and then after 9stack you done, the ulti button will turn into purple. Then you can use the ultimate.
Ps try to use "nihility" paths character if you have any or else try to get nihility path's character
