I’m going through menopause. I do use minoxidil and other other scalp serums. What I learned and that works for me I use minoxidil once every other day. I did start out with once a day but now alternate with other serums on the off day. Researchers now found that 2x a day every day isn’t necessary for some people in regards to minoxidil. I know people tell you not to use minoxidil because if you stop that hair falls out. That may be true but I say why stop unless you have a reaction. I make it part of my nightly regimen and my hair filled out beautifully. Peace.

Exercise can be good for your hair because it improves blood circulation and hair like everything else needs blood. The downside may be more frequent washings if your scalp gets wet but a gentle sulfate free shampoo and rich conditioner can combat this. I started at shoulder length at beginning of pandemic and started working out every day as I was WFH and now I am at mid-back length still WFH! The biggest difference was exercise and elevated my fatty acid intake with nuts and 5 to 6 servings daily of fruit and veggies.

Hi ... I've followed you for years now and I love the way you put out your content in your videos... Thank you.
However, I think it is also important to emphasize that people should do their own research and remember that their needs may be different depending on certain factors like their diet or general health or even if they may be on prescribed medication.
Also, if not taking the vitamin brands in your recommendations and people decide to take them separately, some vitamins like vitamin A, (or other fat soluble vitamins), can cause hair loss as well as other side effects on the body and if taken in too large doses, they can be toxic.
Your recommendations are great. They recognise the fact that most vitamins and minerals work in conjunction with each other in order to get the most out of them, like for example B vitamins, as sometimes taking them on their own can cause the depletion of other vitamins and minerals...
A few years ago when the hype surrounding Biotin started, people were taking it in very large doses, and for many, this resulted in side effects such as, trouble sleeping, skin rashes, digestive upset and kidney problems because it caused a depletion in other B vitamins which were not being replaced.
As I have said, I really love your videos, I think you are one of the best educators out there, and I'm sure you have mentioned similar cautions/disclaimers in previous videos, but I think with this one, a side note should be attached, especially for those who maybe new to your channel.

I just cut 12” off my hair again because I’m tired of tinting dark brown every 6 weeks. It’s now white & silvery grey. I need to know how I should care for it now. It grows really fast and is 3C-4A curly and is abt 2.5” now. Without color it’s healthy, not using heat, I read it makes greying hair yellow.
