Does anyone remember them in the beginning? They were broke, maxing out credit cards, borrowing from parents, and they really didn’t know what they were doing. We’d get to see them at auctions. I learned so much from them both, and they were so real, Taylor was tiny, and their egos hadn’t yet blown up. If you get a chance to binge-watch all seasons, you should. Home sick recently, I did that. “Obsessed.” Lol

The tile on the shower walls is beautiful, but it'd be really hard to keep clean.

I’ve never in my life seen tile put on the outside of a house. I have a feeling that will not stay on long. It looks a bathroom design on the outside of the house. When I hear the kids sounding so mature, I feel like lines have been read lol.
Tarek is so fine. He has a nice swag. And very smart in spending money. He know how to do it by not spending a lot of money. You do not have to go pricy to fix things.
His new girl friend is beautiful.
A few thoughts:
1. I'm surprised they put the greyish stone on the outside of the house. It clashed with the olive green imo.
2. I think the white tile in the master bath is kind of ugly and wasn't worth the expense.
3. Personally, I would have spent less on the staging as it was really expensive and was one detailed. I think that money would have been better spent elsewhere.
That being said, I love the show. They work well together and always greatly improve properties. There are just a thousand different options.
Please tell us what it sold for eventually. Really nice refurbishment. Thd accent wall looks great.

Probably. Seems weird that the young girl would say, ‘I love the tile on the outside’ and ‘I love the backsplash’. More realistic would be, ‘does it have a pool? ‘ and ‘where’s my room’.
God..please let them be together again as H&W. Their chemistry is better than ever. Everyone makes mistakes and that should build their relationship stronger. Tarek&Christina..we love you two..and the kids!
Agree his girlfriend is a substitute, found someone who looks similar to Christina but not as attractive.
She is not ready for a relationship. In her own words, she is looking for herself. She doesn't know what will make her feel happy.

I think the biggest obstacles is that Christna had another child form her third marriage.
In texas something like tile would be 2.99 sq ft. And that's expensive for me. I look for 1.99 sq ft or less if possible! 😱 wow

A lot of their bathrooms actually do have a window. Where I live (Netherlands) you’re very lucky if your bathroom has a window.
It all depends most of your bathroom windows are a textured or a frost so that you can't see out in other people can't see in while you're taking a shower or dropping a deuce or just handling your business 😂😂😂

@@annettesjoy that doesn’t mean the houses aren’t gaudy and without taste. The show gives us a perception and and at the end with all that Elvis has left the room Vegas decorations then back to design school she needs. Christiana spends a bit too much on the decorations and upgrades VS Tarik but it all works out with a better looking project but a little leas profit

The textured tile will be impossible to keep clean. Too many little nooks and crannies for moisture to hide out and become mold or mildew. No, thanks.
