Well ... I did the 'Full Reset'. You then go through the printer setup and it announced 'Printhead missing'. I cleaned both sets of contacts numerous times but no change. In the bin it goes! Anyway it was helpful to get a more useful error message ... confirming what I suspected.
Thanks a lot, I can fix my printer! I changed the printhead (15'50€), get to the system menu, make a Full Reset and now is working again. Don't know if the problem was the printhead, the refilled cartridges or just a software problem but my bet is the printer software detects the not original cartridges. ¡Muchas gracias!, he podido arreglar mi impresora! Thanks for posting! After the 0xc19a0020 error, I tried with the OutOfBox reset, then I got the PRINTHEAD MISSING error... I'm moving on to an Epson or Canon... at least I found someone who can use the 364 ink cartridges, also, at the store all the new HP printers seem to use the 301s
Fab, i was hoping there would be a secret menu system. Unfortunately the partial reset hasn't cured the problem, but i now get a 'printhead missing' message which is slightly more helpful than that annoying error code at least... Will try replacing the low ink cartridge, else, will try 'audit' before it retires....
I'll be honest - ive only used canon pixma ever since (cheap ebay mp495). using self-refil cartridges since lockdown - work well enough for homework print offs, and evri shipping labels

+Kirsten Docker I've got a canon pixma that has separate cartridges for black (large capacity, and small capacity), cyan, yellow, and magenta. In general - any printer that has different cartridges for the colours means it's more efficient when it comes to replacing cartridges. (you only replace the colour that runs out, not the entire colour cartridge.)

Now to rummage through the trash and retrieve the original cartridge which I thought had caused the problem........

I suspected 30 quid for a hp b110a printer sounded too good to be true ! im just trying to wash the printhead out now ...nightmare printer , nice to know it has a bios menu , and i guess the out of box reset kills every single setting , where as the partial reset keeps your wireless settings?
I wouldn't know - but it's not the end of the world if the wireless settings are lost, just more hassle. I binned the printer in the end, and bought a canon pixma (one with 5 inks). Haven't looked back.
I bought this d110 printer from someone an she didn’t give much info about this printer an its giving me such a hard time I can’t figure out why it can’t connect to my router I have spectrum WiFi in my home so my WiFi is good since all my devices are connected to it so I don’t get why it won’t go thru it keeps saying it’s the wrong password I don’t know the email address or how I can reset the printer so I can have it set for my router an not hers I believe her info is still saved in this printer please help I want to use this printer I like it a lot and can’t seem to have it connect to my WiFi so I can have it set up to my phone so I can print it I wish I could troubleshoot it think it would fix the problem??

By the way last time I cured a similar error message by buying a new print cartridge CARRIAGE EBay on-line, c£10. (without knowing this hidden system menu). But it only cured it about 3 months (and non intensive use) before getting this new error code message.
Seems the B110 printer has a VERY unforgiving (and so LONG) priming sequence that easily fails the ink system- I believe this so it can detect refilled ink cartridges eg slight air bubbles ( I always refill them) because this is where the makers make their money so they can offer a ridiculously cheap original purchase price, (I think the B110 scanner / printer was only about £30 new !!! (I got it as a second hand cast-off). Anyway the hidden system menu allowed me to disable the print part of the printer so I can use it just as a SCANNER without the whole thing getting disabled for failing the print priming sequence. For printing I resurrected an old 1995 parallel printer which still works FINE and has none of that long priming sequence (hardly makes any priming noises at ALL) so doesn't fail the ink system when I refill cartridges again & again. This was from the days when headline price competition hadn't yet reduced manufacturers to absurdly low purchase prices so they didn't need to charge so much for ink or to design priming sequences deliberately to detect and fail refilled cartridges.
I entered the menu as shown in video, then I pressed "audit" on the first screen. After a minute or so, priter booted to normal screen and the message's been gone. Now I can print again.
Omgoodness, am I missing something what do I need to press with this problem then. Far out lol I feel Like I missed the last part of a great movie! Helllppppp
I'd get another printer to be honest if you want to pair + print from your phone (try canon). Judging from the other comments - others have wifi problems also.
