I owe my entire degree to your videos honestly. I mean, Masters degrees for RNs are usually tougher because it's a Masters qualification but the lack of teaching just means your videos are my sole learning material. Thank you very much!
Very good video!I used to be a lecturer for 6 years and I would say you did a great job . Easy to understand and good delivery. More power to you and your channel!

You are amazing!!! This video was so helpful and I gained more knowledge watching this vs spending hours trying to understand my nursing textbooks. Thank you so much!!!!
LOVE your videos! I have my cardiac exam next week on CAD, ACS, MI, and EKG... So ready to become an RN grad in May, and your videos are definitely helping me succeed so far!! Hello from Illinois!!
I have just found you, and I have learned a lot already. I wish you were my teacher. I am 53 years old and just finished my practical Nurse program. I graduated in HS in 1979 in the Philippines. Did my upgrading here in Canada for three years. I have watched your videos for a week now and I have learned a lot more from you than that of I was in school (less than 6 years) Thank you so much for doing all these videos, your explanation is very very helpful most especially to those who are not from English speaking country.
I'm very happy you found me :) You're most welcome! I'm so happy I can help you study this material. I wish you the best in your studies! Thank you for taking the time to leave me this comment. I always enjoy reading the comment section and learning about the viewers who watch my videos.
Can you explain or direct me to a video made by you on MI of Widowmaker and why a nurse may hold off giving nitro? I have been reviewing other videos, but your videos are user friendly and just easier to understand than a physician explaining it. This was an interview question for an ER nurse job that I was stumped on.
Hello :) That was a tough job interview! Personally, I would have to research more on it but I bet it may have to do with the fact that when the LAD is 100% blocked it causes A LOT of damage to the left side of the heart which practically causes it to stop working and how the action of nitroglycerin causes a decrease in preload and afterload ...which is may be something you do not want to happen with a person who has a blockage in the LAD "widowmaker". Here is one article I think you may find useful on when it is not a good idea to give nitroglycerin...it doesn't discuss the LAD but has some other useful things: www.jems.com/articles/print/volume-34/issue-5/patient-care/not-nitro-patient-goes-prehosp.html
Thank you so much for all the videos you most! I have recently started watching them and since I started I have been passing all my test!! You are awesome!
I appreciate every video you do! I struggled so much with clinical calculations, then I found your videos. I thank you so so much! I took my c to an A!!! Where can I send you a gift card to show my appreciation? Again thank you so much
Yay! Wow, that is very awesome! I'm just so happy I can help because I remember how hard school was, and I just want to help others succeed. Just watching my videos and being a subscriber is the best appreciation you can give me :) Thanks for your very kind comment and for taking the time to watch my videos :)
you're awesome. thank you for educating nurses and making us better for out patients. I've been practicing for five years and i still use your videos as a resource to better myself. God Bless.
Thank you so much :) Thank you for watching the video! Hmmmm....my "favorite" disease would be heart failure. It is really interesting how important the heart is for human survival and when the heart is damaged everything else in the body fails. I love cardiac nursing and have cared for many patients with this disease.
Thank you so much for taking your time to make these videos. I really wish I had you as my instructor or preceptor. Your explanation and the content of your videos are very clear and concise which makes it easier for me to understand and remember.
You're very welcome :) I'm so happy you find my explanations and content clear and easy to understand. Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to view my videos. I wish you the best in your studies!
ACS is like an umbrella term for the types of CAD. This is when the artery ruptures due to the build up of plaque within the artery. Remember you can have a STEMI, NSTEMI, or non-st segment elevation. I hope that helps :)
Thank you very much for your kind words, Lori :) I really appreciate it! I'm so happy you like my teaching style. Also, I want to thank you for taking the time to watch my videos!
I really like this youtube channel it's really helpful for me to understanding everthing that I need thank you so much . but I'm a new nurse and I start go to the clinical I have problem there wich is I feel that I can't conect the lectures with the practice do you think It's normal for the first few months ?!
Hello :) Thank you for watching watching my videos. Yes, it is very normal for it to take time to connect the lecture material for the first few months as a new nurse. After you gain experience it will start to click. I wish you the best....just give it time!
Hi Rebecca :) Thank you very much for sharing this....I'm so sorry for your loss! Cardiac nursing is an amazing field and it allows you to do so much! Thank you for leaving a comment and for watching the video!

Thank you so much for all your hard work, I am a big fan of yours. Quick question do you have videos on overview of lab values like, Creatine, Bun,specific gravity, uric acid, bilirubin, protein, cpk, etc, and the normal values? the importance of these labs, why need to watch for? I am reading them but I cannot see the main roles, I just see the definition, and then some books keep messing up with the values some have more others less, I am using Pearsons Nursing book 1 and 2 but then Hesi has other values,..
Hello :) Thank you very much for watching my videos! I'm so happy they can help you out! I don't have videos on those specific lab values, but I do have a whole series on fluid and electrolytes that covers various labs and each video comes with a NCLEX review quiz: ua-cam.com/play/PLQrdx7rRsKfWJSZ9pL8L3Q1dzdlxUzeKv.html I may cover those topics in the future. Thank you again, and I hope you have a Happy New Year!
