The only brokers ripping off the carriers are the fly by night brokers. I have never ripped off a carrier. The carriers should be checking out the broker's ratings on Central Dispatch before accepting the dispatch. I check out the carriers ratings, get the certificate of insurance and do my due diligence before putting one of my client's cars on a carrier. The fraud goes both ways. I've been in business since 2012 and most of my customers are repeat customers and referrals now. My company name is Excellent Auto Transport.
