This looked so much better after the two of you cleaned up. To keep squatters from coming back try to close any doors and maybe nail them shut. Passing by people will not see doors left open. Great job guys.

If I was homeless I would just move into an empty house and take care of it. Who will ever know?? So sad we have so many homeless and all these empty houses. Thank you guys for all you do. Makes the world a beautiful place
I am glad you watch out for places with "trouble" or "stuck" signs and have worked diligently to try to contact owners. I like your start, on the area most visible to the passing traffic and the driveway. As the driveway is a big area, clearing and edging made a big impact. It was one of those times that basics, as raising trees, opening up shrubs, clearing extra ground plants gave such a big improvement in usability, 3D views. Very good the neighbors worked to reverse things as garbage dumping. Nice kindness and bonus getting the fern out of the roof gutter. Can't do damage now. That was a great improvement you made. A good example of Recovery.

Refreshing to see you outside working in the yard. I sold my house in December so I no longer will be doing yard work. After a stroke the house was too much. Here in PA it’s all talk about the “big” snow storm coming Monday. It is very cold. ❤️

Finally! Neighbors who will step up to help do what it takes! (Cleaning up the garbage that they had no part in creating, for the good of the neighborhood.) Bees I can tolerate, but a roach? Yikes!! From our vantage point, and in black and white, it looks like a garter snake. Is that what it turned out to be? Gutter cleaning is really going above (no pun intended) and beyond; kudos!
