What do you mean by signing one year’s lease? Does it mean one has to pay the full rent for one year? Or it’s just you signing that you will live here for the next one year but rent can still be paid but by bit? The apartment is beautiful 😍 I was laughing the way you were shouting props oh they are props 😂😂
One year lease means to pay monthly but you commit to living there for one year. 😂😂 before someone will think it’s an already furnished apartment. I think from one of your videos I watched, that’s the way in china, furnished houses with chairs and beds right?
Nice content however the camera was showing the floor 90% of the time. Didn't see much of the actual apartment 😢
