I secure my lace fronts with an elastic band and bobby pins at the sides too!! Thought I was the only one lol. It's so much easier and I don't have to send time gluing forever, plus my edges are protected from the glue and the removal, reapplying process. But if I am going somewhere where I feel like my wig might slip back then I use some of the Ben Nye Glue Resin or the Got to B Glued Freeze spray only to hold down the lace for extra security.
