Visiting my Past Mustangs // Part 2

- I visit two more mustangs that I used to own! I didn't get as much footage on the ground and interacting with these two like I did with the first two, but it's still a decent update. Horses 3 & 4 to get visited are... Boo in Maryland and Fiesta in California! My 2019 FL EMM mustang and my 2019 TX Mustang Magic EMM mustang.

It is so amazing that you are helping these girls learn how to train horses, your firm and helpful, when you ask things like "did you want her to go that way?" but you don't yell at them or push. Also the fact that you can stay in contact with every new owner and continue to help them and their mustang is just so wonderful and mindblowing.
Yep my daughter needed someone to be a bit stern with her but still helping her learn. Sam boosted her confidence a bunch and got her able to do stuff with Fiesta that she couldn't do before Sam's visit. We really hope once we move Fiesta to Arizona that Sam can come and visit with her and see the progress my daughter and her have made
@@luckyfourleafhomestead7560 Aww, Fiesta is a great horse, isnt she? Im glad she could go to a good home with you and your daughter!!
@@Hannahs_Mustangs yes we absolutely love her!
If only I could afford to visit and learn from you. You are an absolutely amazing trainer.
Awh thank you ❤️
These are great! It is neat to.see the horses again. And in the Lynx one you did resently... I remembered watching this young girl a long time ago. They had picked up the wild horse she was going to train and gotten it back home. This young girl has a chair and a book and set some hay close to her that the horse could eat. She sat by that red barn and just let that wild horse do what it needed to to calm down. This trainer/girl didn't pressure the horse. Later after that horse settled and became more curious than afraid of the girl, that girl, that trainer, got up and started working that horse with a gift with skill. She was good! It was totally bad *** how much she knew what she was doing. I lost track of the youtube channel and I couldn't remember the details of how to find it again. IT WAS YOU!! THAT BARN! AND IT WAS LYNX! It was in the old film you showed!! See. I ran across your training later and didnt realize they were both you but I was equally impressed with your skills. That is so neat!
Boo is so cute! She definitely loves to jump! And Fiesta, shes beautiful, her coat just gleams. You can tell both horses are In fantastic homes, and loved so much. Love how you said Fiesta takes care of her rider, that's the sweetest thing 🤗💖
Fiesta and my daughter have a very special bond already. She has only been working with Fiesta for a few months but even at our first time meeting Fiesta we could tell there would be a bond between them both.
Sam was amazing as giving my daughter advice and boosting her confidence
@@luckyfourleafhomestead7560 that truely is incredible. Esp with a mustang. I can recall 3 horses I've had a unique bond with like that over the years, and I will never forget it. I'm so happy for your daughter to have this bond her mustang, what a future there going to have together 🤗and Sam is a remarkable trainer, I only see videos of her, however how stellar her horses become is a reflection of how good a trainer she really is. Best wishes for your daughter and Fiesta💞
Ohh I hoped for visiting boo, and there she is 🥰 she's so pretty
Boo definitely loves to jump! Look at her go!
Thanks again for coming out and working with Marissa and Fiesta! Her confidence has really gone up and she is a lot more comfortable asking Fiesta to do more. She can get her to trot with no issues now. Fiesta will be headed to Arizona some time in July and Marissa will be able to spend everyday with her. You will always be welcomed to our place so you can visit Fiesta anytime you are out our way
Little girl doesnt need the lounge whip. It looks like shes actually hitting that horse. If im wrong ignore the comment. To trot start marching to the trot beat. To canter use a human gallop motion. Point in the direction you want and either use voice or sound commands.
@@0316asdfjkl Sam taught her exactly what she needed to do and has been following all Sams advice.
You said it right the first time 👍 Nevada 😊
The people who adopted boo have such beautiful property
They do!
great to see Fiesta has a good home and a rider that will grow with her. I'm new to your channel and didn't see the videos you made about Boo, so I'll go back and watch them.
Wild mustangs are the original Harleys!! I learn something new with each video... keep up the great work Sam!
Great video I had to laugh to myself when you jumped up on the one horse bareback becouse it brought back the memory of my first horse ride. It was on a horse I believe was an Arabian it belonged to a girl I went to school with that lived a short distance from me. One summer day I was fishing at a pond on her road to her house and she was riding Patrick that day and she stopped to say hi and we talked about her horse a bit and she asked me if I ever rode before and I kinda said yes (and I really hadn't of course )so said says do you want to take him for a ride? And I say sure (no saddle) So I grab the reins and try to get on the horse and kept sliding off so by now I believe she thinks I'm full of you know what and have never ridden so she helps me on I get settled got the reins in my hands and she says are you ready? With an evil smile on her face and I say yes and she gives Patrick a slap on the rump and I was then hanging on for life becouse he took off like a bullet down that dirt road. So after my horrifying ride of about mach 8 she whistles and Patrick stops turns and walks back to her and she asked how did you like your ride? And I replied white as a sheet OK. Lesson learned you probably shouldn't say you can ride if you don't know how and if you do you better hang on 🤣 And at that time we were 14 years old but I think I was more like 20 after that ride though. Great videos kid hope I didn't bore you with my horse story 🙂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thats so funny! im glad that never happened to me 🤣🤣🤣
I love so much your videos! 💖
I LOVE these videos of you visiting your past mustangs! I would imagine it would be extremely rewarding to see horse after horse that you trained and spent soo much time and effort with. It's also pretty cool that you have mustangs all across the country! I have learned so much from watching your videos and have been able to use much of it on my own horses. I would absolutely love to train a horse someday. Thank you for sharing these beautiful animals with us! Boo and Fiesta (as well as Brie and Clementine) look amazing and are in great homes! I can't wait to see your next video. And I can't wait to see Roulette's update!!!
Omg! Boo❤️
how wonderful to see your lovely mustangs! they are looking great.
Boo!!! She's so beautiful . And looks really happy and healthy. Thanks for the update.
So now anyone that buys a horse you trained is going to get follow up visits . Lol! That will keep you busy.
As a subscriber to your wonderful channel I would so appreciate links to the original video when you do part 2. Please keep doing your videos, it is so educational on the American Mustang. I worked with them 30 plus years ago and they truly are a unique equine. So different from our domestic bred equines. When you gain the trust of a mustang you have made a bond like no other. They are so smart and demand honesty like no other
They both are flourishing! That must have been so reassuring for you. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Sam, both Boo and Fiesta look great! It’s a real testament to your training....they both seem like good hearted horses and owners :) Thank for sharing their update :)
Omg I live In Maryland! I know I’m wayyyy late but it would be a dream come true to meet you! 🥰❤️👏
Wow! That has to be so hard. Some people get it completely, and others....those spurs (prior episode) made me sad for all the mustangs who end up in homes where people just don’t have the knowledge.....
i am really enjoying these updates on where your past mustangs are! I know you travel a lot but id love to see some videos with your other horses when you get the chance
you're such a brilliant trainer/gentler. i hope to have a BLM mustang one day (even though i'm in the UK) you have inspired me to embark on this journey! you're an amazing advocate for these animals. thanks for letting us see the work you do with your past & present horses.
Thank you!
Hi love looking at the updates, love boo n thanks for sharing with us! U should b very proud sam of the work u do! Love australia 😎🌻
Thank you!
👍👏👏👏👏
Your mustangs are so good!! Maybe you can do a day in your life video!!!
Excellent.
Agghh part 1 never showed up in my sub box
I’m def gonna watch out of order since this video is cool
You said Nevada right the first time btw! I always get triggered when people say Nevada wrong since I live in Nevada!❤️ Love these videos! Please do more tutorials on Liberty!
Hi you have a big ❤️ congratulations
I scratched my head when I saw a mustang come on command
how the.....
You said Nevada right the first time lol
Hey Sam, I was wondering if you could do some version of an "English riding for dummies" video/series. I have only ever been trained to ride western, primarily for drill teams, trick riding, and liberty. I think my mustang would enjoy dressage, but I'm not even sure where to start. I would love to pay a trainer to teach me, but unfortunately I don't make that kind of money.
Love this! Keep the vids coming :) I have a question - my new mare is pretty hard to catch in the paddock. She is attentive and wants to be cuddled and brushed but as soon as I take out the halter she walks off. Do you have any main tips?
is there going to be a part three because i really love these
Yup!
Can you make a video on what you do for a living specifically? I just graduated from college and I am interested in getting into the horse industry and you have my dream life
Love these visits! Question: Do you find the horse responds to you differently from the new owner? And, do the horses show recognition in any way?
Love these videos! You mentioned that the western saddle that was on Fiesta put your leg in the wrong spot... do you care to elaborate on that? :)
I’d love to make a video on that! I’m not a saddle fit expert but I know a little. I would be cool if I was able to get an expert to do a video with on that 😊
You should do a riding story video!
Why is Leix in Maryland?
I’m having a problem with a horse woman, she keeps calling me back to a half relationship, only to freeze me out; bringing me to the depths of my soul. Am I wrong to walk away
You’re an awesome trainer love watching the videos. What area north of Carolina?
Super close to the SC border
Love your videos witch one's of your mustangs did you keep besides lynx
Lynx is the only mustang I have kept
Do you ever event? I really liked the the eventing video you did!
Yes, but I haven’t been able to lately. There aren’t many events in Arizona lol
Idk if it's my phone or the video but theres no audio😶
Do you feel they remember you?
How tall is she?
First :OO
