I hope this becomes a Christmas tradition, feels like they should've done this ages ago. Great idea by Lewis to quiz the two deeply knowledgeable Dads!
I don’t have as much time to listen to the Triforce as I once did, as I myself am now a new dad. But I love that it’s always here when I have some me time. Crazy to think I found y’all when I was a teenager heading off to college, and now over 10 years later you’re still my go-to for a quick laugh or the familiar voices I remember fondly. Here’s to the next 10+! Love you, xoxo
I started watching 10 years ago as well, when I was just a kid. Now *I'm* a teenager heading off to college. Since you're apparently me from the future, got any advice?
I started listening when I was a new dad about 10 years ago and I've got some advice for both of you: Bring an extra pair of socks when travelling. I once had a canceled flight which resulted in an extended stay and I found myself without clean socks to wear.
One of my favourite episodes in recent memory, a change of format was a breath of fresh air. Id love to see more episodes that try something different. But ill be happy either way. ggwp.
As a german, I have no bloody idea why the whole Krampus thing is always connected to Germany. It might be some old folks tale BUT Ive never, EVER heard of it outside of american or british media. In fact, I learned of the existence of the legend on Family Guy in my 30s. It may be more well known in the south or Austria, no clue, but it's not this massive "german" thing.
14:33 I't would be absolutely hilarious if Lewis had ICE ordered to Pyrion based solely on this moment as a epic meme lmfao, just tip the delivery service man well lol
Very few people manage to pull off the "LL" letter in the Welsh alphabet, Lewis managed it quite well considering most people usually cough up a lung trying to get their mouths to make the right sound xD
dude my grandma does a similar thing, she talks about something like its true and is so unbelievably wrong. for example, we once went to a green day concert and she called it "black night" and was certain it was right somehow
This was one of the funniest episodes for me in a long time. I'm in the middle of finals week so I really needed this. Thanks for the laughs as always.
Brussels sprouts have been made less bitter since the 90's. It's entirely possible that Lewis and Sips have never eaten modern ones. Here's some more Christmas song trivia. Stupidest question in a Christmas song: "But do you recall the most famous reindeer of all?" If he's the most famous, he's the one most people are going to know! Most terrifying Christmas song: "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" It reads like a horror movie trailer. "He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake. He knows if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness' sake!" Christmas song that most shouldn't be called a Christmas song: "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" The song has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. It just happens to be in a Christmas movie, but the holiday isn't referenced in the song. Other songs might not specifically reference Christmas, but the Grinch described in the song is intended to be the opposite of everything Christmas-y. Partial credit given for "Jingle Bells," since it was originally a Thanksgiving song.
Another thought about Christmas Song: Paul McCartney’s Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time is a song where if you just read the lyrics, it sounds like a witch/warlock reciting a spell, but then gets rudely interrupted and then they have to pretend that they’re singing about Christmas.

Can’t wait for the Triforce live! Hopefully we get some good laughs and maybe a guest on!
I've always thought ben would make an excellent guest.
@@jreesecups705 he did make a cameo once, he came on Lewis’ mic to clarify the rules on some game before being promptly ejected by Pyrion

Lol at Lewis's privacy pitch for Express VPN just after promoting a voucher browser plugin that spys on all your browsing habbits.
53:18 I really thought Pyrion would've said something heartfelt and warm and I was really caught off guard by what he ended up saying lol

Thank you fellow dad's -had a stressful dad day at work today and was really looking forward to this :-)
From the American south: we have chocolate gravy. Would that count as good for ice cream? No, it isn't syrup, it is actually gravy.
He he - it's actual gravy from s chocolate animal carcass :-)
When talking about Downton Abby, P-flax and I said Mr Darcy at the same time, and I feel so in tune with the wonderful bald man.
havent watched in a few years but i remembered that i used to watch all of these so im going to catch up
Fun fact 3 3 sided shapes support an extension named after bee vomit that makes things cheap
Just wanted to thank you dad's for producing 199.4 podcasts for us:)
14:33 I't would be absolutely hilarious if Lewis had ICE ordered to Pyrion based solely on this moment as a epic meme lmfao, just tip the delivery service man well lol
woah, I did not expect Sips to talk about St-Hubert chicken lol
I think if we could get him drunk enough, repressed Quebecois-adjacent Sips would reappear
I thought this was gonna be a podcast about Zelda!
haha
Brings back memories of the dragon quiz
great way to start the day
Flax's impression of Jay Leno is supreme
tipping point a british tv staple. The chase what a show, NEVER TAKE THE MINUS OFFER
I like how the background consumed sips triangle hair
I answered 5 for the how many ghosts is there in Christmas Carol because I was thinking of the Muppets Chrismas Carol
How dare you! Tipping point and the chase are my jam!
That coin pusher quiz show comes on Australian day time TV. Only Brittans Quality content makes its way to our premium airways.
I'm still pulling for a modern remake of home alone with Macaulay Culkin as Kevin again but they just don't acknowledge that he's an adult.
I thought this was going to be about Zelda!

The first Christmas address in 1932 wasn’t televised it was a live radio broadcast. The Christmas address wasn’t televised until 1957.
I just love how terrible sips' knowledge and memory is, constantly unable to quite remember something that turns out to be completely wrong.

@@thefrogwannabe6895 Are you sure you aren't misremembering that time you went to see Black Night live?

I love sprouts. Cut them in half bake them add salt and cheese on top.
Cut in half, open bin, slide inside
So do I. I dislike most other vegetables, but the ones that kids typically hate(broccoli, Brussels sprouts) I love.
Gosh 12! gifts. That would be a lot XD
Is Countdown the same as 8 out of 10 cats does Countdown? I'm so confused. Where's the guy with the laugh? (I'm in Sweden)
This was one of the funniest episodes for me in a long time.

I can't believe the disrespect thrown towards Tipping Point
A basketball...LOL
if no vpn is like changing infront of a open window, then expressvpn is like changing infront of your dad.
You really don’t want to live on Christmas Island really not as fun as you’d think
Where did Lewis get his 364 number from? If you count every repeat, that’s 436.
Sum: n=1 to 12: n(n+1)/2 =364
Rachel Riley can't dance very well (albeit better than I) Jimmy Carr used to constantly roast her about it on 8/10 cats do countdown.
Triforce! 199.4 AKA Sips sings Christmas songs wrong.
Hahaha wet sh%$s made me literally LOL Sips
Hello everyone coming from the Poker stream, you wonderful nerds :)
