      @@ArtisanDesignConcepts there’s not a drop edge on one of the sides. Is it not needed?

      @@I-Am-Here-4-It there's no drop edge where it's up against a wall. Drop edges are only used on exposed sides.

    Would be nice to have had them talking through what they were doing for those of us (just me probably) that know nothing of building anything. But I'm determined to build an island countertop!!!

      There should be pop-up subtitles explaining everything they are doing as they are going. But I encourage you to scroll down a little bit further in our playlist and find the other full epoxy countertop tutorial from start to finish. That one has a lot more detail and it’s twice the length because we also show through installation. Sometimes it’s hard for them to voice what they are doing because it’s loud with fans on and tools running and an air compressor filling.

      @@3BoardChicks don’t know. It doesn’t show us any change since this morning so I’m guessing I’ll see something in the morning. Hoping we will have reached it or at least are closer.

    Total knockout! Question: I know 3oz per sq ft, yet with your designs do you keep with that or have extra on hand?

    • @ArtisanDesignConcepts
      @ArtisanDesignConcepts  10 місяців тому +1

      Thank you! I never really do 3oz per sq ft. On a pour like this where it’s not going to flow a lot I use 8oz/sq ft just like my exotic pours. It’s just not taped.
