Taking my exam next month and trying to get all the studying in that I can. How many questions are on the exam? And do they give us a calculator to use if we are taking the exam in person?
I don't think the behavioral models or agonist and antagonist muscles changed since 2022 😊 Even the book ACE sent me is from 2020. The title change is only for generating traffic to the video, nothing's wrong with that.

Max heart rate is no longer calculated by 220-age. We now use 208 - (.7 x age) to calculate max heart rate

@@strongeronplants the material emphasis changes and sometimes there are minor changes in their models.
Looks like this is referencing 5th edition, not newest 6th edition
