Hi, I'll be the one to answer your question...Most of the Shang ri La hotels do not have a washlet or bidet due to water conservation daw po. But we do have a bidet in our hotel room. The hotel is using dual-flush water closets which is another water saving fixture. 'Hope you enjoyed watching the vlog.😊

One more inquiry po. We booked sa Ocean Wing. Ano po ang magandang floor and rooms sa Ocean Wing. Baka po may idea kayo, so at least alam namin ang pipiliin namin na rooms. Salamat po ulit!
