      Hillsdale the propaganda machine. The United States is a Democracy and the states are Representative Republics. But I will bet you a hundred dollars that you have claimed to be a US citizen. There were no US citizens until they freed the Blacks with the 13 Amendment because Dred Scott said blacks could never have constitutional protected rights because under the Constitution they were property. If Blacks had Constitutionally protected Rights they wouldn't have to work for Civil Rights. The US citizen is a federal citizen created by Congress not by birth. The US citizen has no Political Rights associated with citizenship because the US citizen relies on the 14th Amendment for citizenship and the 14th Amendment doesn't incorporate the Bill of Rights protections into the Amendment. The only inherent right a US citizen has is to reside on US Territory. So much for the Republic.
      Thanks for reading if you got to the end.

      You can't just swap a country from slavery to freedom... Slavery had a big effect on a lot of people... It was free labor for powerful people and said powerful people would be willing to fight back. In the same way that the world can't just totally swap to clean energy in a day. is it doable? sure. but the government can't force it to happen. people use fossil fuels because it is better for them. more cost-effective and stuff. in the same way, people back then used slaves for themselves. such a big change takes time, and can't happen overnight. Unless the government was given absolute power over what the people did, in which case we wouldn't have anything close to a democracy.

      I see that in the “liberal” colleges they teach the opposite, and their fraternities are leaning more to royalists than republicans.
      Its more of a supremacy by education and affiliation thing.

      @Melanie The Constitution was written to trick the free America people into believing that the government formed had jurisdiction over them it is evil but years of public education have led you to believe that it is the greatest document ever written. You don't understand government and I don't think you have the capacity to challenge what you believe you know.
      I think it was Will Rodgers that said " It's not what you don't know that hurts you, it's what you know that just ain't so". That is your case.
      Take 10 minutes of your time and watch part 1 of Ed Rivera on UA-cam. Ed was a lawyer in California for over 30 years and he explains some of the reasons for the scam called The Constitution. Good luck the truth is sometimes difficult to accept.

      Most don't realize it, but there are two, distinct, and clearly defined United States.

    • @nealdavis7807
      @nealdavis7807 4 роки тому

      @Suzette Petillo The Constitution is an agreement between the states and the federal government you aren't a party to the agreement.
      You need to go to school and learn how government works and how laws work. For some reason you think that the Bible is about an invisible magic man but it is about commerce and the rules of commerce.

    • @nealdavis7807
      @nealdavis7807 4 роки тому

      @Suzette Petillo
      I guess you didn't learn too much. The people are free living under the common law and the governments job is to preserve, protect and defend your rights against encroachment.
      Governments are instituted among men deriving their just power from the consent of the governed.
      You should demand a refund on your education costs.

    • @nealdavis7807
      @nealdavis7807 4 роки тому

      @Suzette Petillo I study history and government and law but you are free to believe as you wish. We have two governments one for people that wish to be taken care of and told what to do and a government for the people that want to tell the government what to do. Some people don't realize this is the reality so I open my big mouth. I hope I haven't offended you and have a good evening and a great weekend.

    • @nealdavis7807
      @nealdavis7807 4 роки тому

      @Suzette Petillo God doesn't have any words, the Bible was written by men some 350 years after the alleged death of Jesus. There is not one shred of evidence that Jesus ever existed nor for the Exodus or King Solomon or Moses or King David or talking snakes and zombies marching on Jerusalem. Unlike the Bible we know that the earth orbits the sun not the other way around. I don't know why you believe in a cult based upon human sacrifice but I do know that people with damaged or impaired mental ability tend to be involved in these types of cults wishing every day for the end of mankind. You can't reason you believe in magic and the supernatural and I have no wish to try and reason with someone who supports slavery, incest, witch killing, virgin births and talking animals. I give you the last word if you want it.

Plus, I'm from Michigan and my dream has always been to leave Michigan, and I don't want to just be in another small town here. Some other schools I'm looking at have journalism majors perfectly aligned with what I want to do (investigative journalism, which is seemingly hard to find in a bachelor's degree), but most of them are rated as liberal schools, and I'm so afraid of my speech being restricted or being denied opportunities because of my views.

    Can anyone answer this for me? I asked on another show and it wasn't answered. Thanks:
    "Why isn't anyone talking about an organized communication campaign to several specific officials and news media? This is exemplified by the US Constitution as Step #1. I find it odd no one is orchestrating something like paper letters and public decrees to show the genuine will of The People. Thank you."
    This is clarification that I added after the original question:
    What I'm saying is, if we're a nation of laws and have protocols to abide in that law, why isn't anyone promoting documentation of our legal management from "We the People" to the elected/appointed officials so same officials must then comply, argue for a compromise, or be openly defiant to the lawful will of the People they represent and serve?
    If Conservatives would have organized a letter-campaign and petitions instead of that Jan 6 march/protest which was used against us, in the end, we would have Legal Grounds to replace and force the defiant swampers/useless career politicians out of office and replaced with moral/effective servants. It seems everyone is looking right past the trees to the forest and not doing step one of a Constitutional legal battle, that being, service of complaint and decree of desired remedy from the "We the People" party in this complaint. Does this help clarify? Thank you.

    Serious problem here from Larry. He asserts and assumes without evidence that we will live under laws of a government. However as the people, who have ALL political power-and us being individually sovereign under God-how can he say such? Taking into acct the state constitutions which preceded the federal, and which tell that our rights are excepted from govt-and even rights not expressed are excepted, and we are to govern the internal govt as the people-how are we governed by our servants?
    Just power is derived from the consent of the governed is oft misunderstood and inverted. Nowhere did the people grant power for government to govern the people. It’s the opposite per the text, that is to say it is written. Just power is derived by govt submitting via oath to be governed by the documents we write which formed the entirety of govt to do our public business and to ONLY benefit us ALL. Nowhere did we grant authority for our servants to abrogate rights.
    Also-we do not have a right to kill govt folks. That’s crazy talk. We DO have right to reform alter abolish. That is very much peaceful and very much different than what Larry describes.
    We didn’t go to war with the king. We divorced him, shattered his crown and gave ALL the people a shared-and made a govt that only has expressed power. That which is not granted is excepted.
    We the people ONLY have trustees and servants-and we hold all political power and every jurisdiction. We da boss. We don’t live under statutes. They don’t apply to the people and in the private.

    OK, so if they had been captured to be tried by the king there is a high percentage probability that they would not even survive the journey. They would be in the cargo hold of a ship contaminated with sewage and given stagnant water and spoiled food. Any infection would have been lethal.

      All this Constitution stuff is a big lie anyway. The Constitution was ratified by 9 states originally but it has never been adopted by subscribed oath as required in Article 6.
      The Constitution is suspended anyway just Google the Church Committee of the 70's and read the preamble. We have been in a state of emergency since the Civil War.

      @@logueraps When you say nation that is technically controversial and you may not understand. The United States Code is a consolidation of the general and permanent laws of The United States and the section called Front Matters lists in order
      1 The Declaration of Independence
      2. The Articles of Confederation
      3. The Northwest Ordinance
      4. The Constitution of the United States
      The Declaration of Independence declared all ties to King George dissolved and all men free and equal.
      The Articles of Confederation created a confederation of sovereign states similar to the European Union called The United States Of America
      The Northwest Ordinance created a temporary government to govern the newly acquired federal land after the Revolutionary War ended
      The Constitution of the United States replaced The Northwest Ordinance creating a permanent government to govern the Federal Land.
      The United States Of America was created by the Articles Of Confederation and are still law. The Confederation was a perpetual union of 13 sovereign states similar to the European Union.
      The second more perfect union was created to tax and regulate the people living on the newly acquired land known as The Northwest Territory. This land became known as The United States. The United States is all the land owned by The United States Of America.
      The term United States can have 3 meanings but usually in English you would say these United States when talking about the 50 confederated states. You see each state was considered its own country when the original 13 colonies joined to defeat England in the Revolutionary War.
      Under the Articles Of Confederation there were no taxes or regulations and the law was the common law.
      The Constitution allowed for taxation and regulations for the people living on the land owned by The United States Of America. Over time people began to believe that The Constitution allowed for taxation and regulations for the Sovereign states but this is not true.
      Written law applies to certain land. In order for laws to be made for certain land you must own that land.
      The United States Of America sold all rights, title and interest in the land they sold to the people. In England you couldn't own land the king owned all the land.
      Just like today people wanted to be rich and they were willing to pull a scam on the American people in order to get rich.
      Thanks for the conversation.

    Technically speaking, isn’t the first grievous against the king the all men are created equal part. Since the king is an hereditary position and not under the consent of the governed. And the king has no more power to rule over others but what the consent of the governed allow? So isn’t that the first complaint against the king the all men are created equal line.

The interpretation is not meant to be expanded on by " thinking outside the box ", as the whole concept of our form of government IS outside the box.These where written by very matter of fact kind of people and state what they said. @@craigdude7400 diversity in what way? You see diversity as a shade, s skin color. So you have a group of diversities sitting around with the same outlook, the same propaganda, the same rhetoric, but because the melanin is different shades- that's diversity. You really don't believe humans of all shades are intelligent enough to see what a crock that is? True diversity is a speaking about all things from a different prospective. NOT a Cadre of yes people all blathering from the same angle. What that is ,is control. Control the narrative or we will not accept you into our " diverse" community? Saying the same thing in the same manner just to make political hacks happy? Oh, look how diverse we are, all are allowed in ,if you agree with us. Believe the same right thing. And we control what you say or you are no part of us.But we have all the colors of the rainbow, and that makes us believe we have become fair. If you have a thought out of the political world we put ourselves in, than you cannot play in the same sandbox. Not only that ,if you contradict the masses than you are evil. No rights for you! Rights are only for those who are good obedient children, and do what you are told. No acceptance,for the none compliant. Yeah that's diversity.
