From what it feels, This feels more of the bad ending (The one where Colin becomes Puro's host), except, Colin actually escapes before Puro could reach him.

I could imagine this as an alternate to the No Trust ending, where Colin escapes the white latex and you have to escape from both Puro, who has been manipulated to fight against you by Dr. K, and Dr. K himself.
