    The main house itself can't be worth anymore than 3M or 4m pesos, the other buildings are in terrible shape and are worth maybe 1M pesos....so that means 1.1 hectare of land in the province is worth 30M pesos??? I could understand if the house was somewhat modern but it's old with no interior designing at all. I don't understand where these owners come up with these prices for their property. I honestly don't think this property is worth anymore than 18M - 20M pesos. The house isn't worth much so you are basically buying it for the land. Anyone that purchases it has a lot of work to do with that main house.
