Personally I think the huge EM bonus from Gilded 4 would outweight what the new CW4 gives but I haven't done a detailed calculation. Also the new set is probably more beneficial to farm than to get a full EM main set of CW at this point, subjectively speaking

Burgeon Amber sounds fun to play. Sadly they had to limit the explosions to just 2 every 0.5 secs... Amber would be so much better.
if all the burgeon can explode for damage without limit then it would be too good and needs to be toned down anyway

Kokomi provides the longest hydro application without having to do anything extra so she's pretty much unmatched here. Her banner is up though ; )
