- "Buns" is a famous snack or breakfast recipe at South canara. There may be none or very few who dislike buns. It is a kind of sweet dish, but tastes super with spicy chutney, sambar or tovve. It should be served hot. Ingredients required are very few such as maida/wheat flour, riped bananas, sugar, salt, jeera and baking soda also required must.The buns is said perfect when it's inside structure is layered. So it should be rolled thick.
Ingredients:-
Mysore Banana 10
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt
Cumim 2sp
Curd 1 cup
Maida (as per consistency) used 5 cups
Oil for deep fry

😋👌 My favorite dish! which I hardly get it in my Belgaum that to some canteen n not in hotels. Some times we do prepare at home but not with that authentic taste. While visiting my P. P.
