I remember being 5 years old, it was night, and I couldn’t sleep. I was thinking over and over and over “how am i me?” “How am i me?” ... I’ve had these deep life questions pondering in my head my whole life and it’s sometimes frustrating that most of society doesn’t care.

Man, I was raised pretty religious. We were taught to have the “lowly worm”, “humble sinner” mentality. I’m coming to terms with the reality that a lot of my circumstances are my own manifestation of lack. Thanks for helping me realize. It’s hard to reconstruct your understanding of the universe but your videos help.
I wanna share something with you guys:
I write down the stuff that I am worried about, that makes me feel like crap everyday. I don’t let it build up in my system. People places & things I resent. My fears. Daily. I pour it all out onto the page 📝 There’s are days when everything feels fine, like I don’t have an inventory to take. But I make myself drudge it up. After I purge myself, I pray & meditate. It’s like alchemy. I’ve changed so drastically in such s short time from doing this. It’s amazing. But ask the fears, resentments and irritations all come down to one thing: I do not trust what the universe is doing & I do not believe I deserve to be loved by it 💫✨.
Bravo....love it!!! Gives a whole new meaning to Jesus saying "turn the other cheek" it's not to be walked all over but to say nope I won't choose to treat you that way so to become a catalyst of change in that person. Many people expect certain reactions based on their behavior but we need to behave based on how we want to be. to respond negatively only effects yourself!

yet they go together very very well. Consciousness seems to need discord harmonically in order to keep change (karma) going. That's EXACTLY how jazz functions so well as 'a series of changes and rhythms seemingly determined, endlessly going nowhere'

Great speaker Aaron. I’m all in. The one thing you have NEVER spoken about ; in all of your videos , is how someone’s child who is a teenager that has chosen to lie and do drugs affects all of this.
I will chose to be happy and see no problems, so that it will no longer be negatively influencing my family. If I don’t see a problem , there won’t be one anymore. I’ll just be happy. Is this right ?

This is exactly the topic I was focused on today! Fabulous job Aaron. When I was contemplating this for myself I decided to change perspectives, since things haven't been too well for me and I've been obsessed over how to get it turned around... so today I said, okay the outer is just a reflection of the inner, so what are these circumstances and situations trying to tell me - I know what I'll do - if life is just a dream the spirit is having, then do a dream analysis - just look at things from that perspective - so I did... had some pretty emotional ah'ha thoughts and feelings come into focus during the process. Long story short - I came to the conclusion that I haven't been expressing to the universe, source, God...(all one and the same) the gratitude and appreciation for everything that I have already been given. Of course I knew that conceptually already, I just wasn't feeling it. Just like how you pointed out in the movie clip - it was reading her true intentions, not her actions...
I realized I had been behaving like one of my kids - only doing the bare minimum and only because I wanted the reward, and doing so with a sour attitude... "Oh come on, I picked up like 3 things from my bedroom floor, isn't that enough? And where is my super awesome reward for that?" kind of a thing... that is not real gratitude, that is not true appreciation, and the intention frequency doesn't lie - but today I felt the appreciation and gratitude, sincerely and truly.
I guess we will see what happens to the reflection tomorrow, since I did feel a major inner shift today... regardless - I didn't do it to change the situation. I wasn't faking it for relief or a reward. I did it because the gratitude and appreciation was long over due and I needed to be humbled on that.

Bro this one right here showed you out doing yourself! Amazing insight on this one. I was helping my niece read her school books yesterday, and found myself getting triggered by her making words harder to read, instead of simply relaxing, and sounding the letters out smoothly. She would get so anxious and frustrated with how she wouldn't recognize the words, and get stuck on the sounding out of the letters, instead of blending the sounds together to enunciate the words. She would get to the point of tears and nervous fidgeting, and would almost want to give up trying to read a word, only to eventually calm down, and smoothly say the word, in an "ah hah" moment. Then it hit me last night, that I was frustrated with myself, in making manifest new circumstances, harder than it had to be. I myself have been stuck in trying to actually change my circumstances, instead of simply feeling more desired situations and circumstances, more deeply and intently. And my dear niece, was my direct reflection of ME. You just confirmed this, and helped me move towards my desires with greater momentum. Thanks you so much for this. Love is love brother. Peace.
Sometimes when I watch videos like this and I consider what the reality of life really is...I'm so absolutely blown away at how remarkable it all really is! And that I can understand these truths through UA-cam...the future is here!

I experienced all of these ideas under LSD when I was in my early 20’s. Techno music and computer graphics were a major part of my life as well I remember having the realization that I was God, consciousness. I was not me but everything. I was all of history, the dinosaurs, animals, plants and eventually me, a character out many others. In other trips, I saw how reality was bunch tiny mirrors. They formed geometric shapes and I could see my own eyes on them.

In the same vein as Distance = Rate • Time, 1 = Attraction • Reflection. To get speed, it is r = d/t; to see what you are attracting, you see yourself in what is being reflected (A = 1/R) and vice versa (R = 1/A)

“Every person you meet is an extension of yourself.”
(I failed to note who said it. I may have heard it on a Wayne Dyer video)
My version: “Every person you meet, friend or foe, even what you consider an asshole, is in some way, an extension of yourself, a mirror reflection of yourself. Admit it.”
My experiences are the products and reflections of my own thoughts.
As I go about my day, I will experience more love and attention than I ever had before. I see how people respond to me because I have changed my energy field (my vibrations). I am now embodied in the true love and wisdom of the Universe.

I learned to go soft from martial arts, Wing Chun yellow belt training. Had to use it several times with drunk guys and my grandsons. I no longer have these kind of dreams.
