I love the car but the story is awesome! Welcome home. I like it when car builders can modify a car inside and out but keep the classic value of the original concept.
When I was a kid in the early 80's I learned how to drive in a 69 nova.it was a total POS rust bucket with a gutless 305 V8 but I fell in love with it.The Nova with this body style will always be one of my favorite cars of all time. This 71 is a true beauty! The fact that it's a one owner car makes it even that much better in my opinion.
Thank you both for your sacrifice for our great country. What a sweeeet ride! She will get you to the grocery store in record time. I use to ride around in one of these with one of my best friends back in the day, just not this nice. haha!
While this is an awesome car and even more awesome story behind the car; the man pictured with the car 'Mr Goss' is a man like no other. I had the distinct honor of meeting Mr Goss when he reunited my family with our beloved dog Coco, 5 years ago. He is a great man, dear friend and I can call him brother. Thank you ScottieDTV for sharing this video, and thank you for your service as well.
First of all, thanks to Earl for his service to our country. Vietnam was a crazy fight, both my uncles fought over there. This Nova is my all time favorite body style. It takes from the Chevelle, and scales it down for a minimalist feel. Would love to design a retro version of this.
It's a beaut for sure! I almost bought a mostly restored red 73 Nova, but it didn't have AC, so I opted for a 2012 Charger instead. AC works great!...lol
Scottie, thanks for supporting Nam Vets. So many of my Brothers came back twisted in ths wind. Your new concept of owner with his vehicle is sweet. Original owner, how cool is that? Scottie your always upping your game and its appreciated! Thanks, WW
Didn’t catch the branch if mentioned…but Semper Fi….you’re a brother just the same. I had a 72’ I drove while enlisted. And just recently purchased a 70’ to restore
ScottieDTV I appreciate ALL veterans who have served in the past, and those serving today. I wish I could personally give them my gratitude. Instead I include them in my prayers. Thanks again. Take care.
