I’m trying to start my own UA-cam channel but can’t find anything to edit the type of content I want to make. I want to make memes and make people laugh, but cannot find the right app to do so on my iPhone. Can anybody help me? The type of memes is stuff kracc bacc or kakav420 or Bosh makes. update- i already started and have made a couple of videos so far.

I feel traumacore is like an extension of weirdcore's scary aspects. Especially in locations that are supposed to be fun and exciting as a child, but portrayed as a place you should be on your toes at. Because that's what it's like as a child in an unstable household... you have to walk around the house quietly or set off your mum again, you can't go into certain rooms because you know you'll see something you regret, you have to enjoy the birthday party at the indoor playground while it lasts, because when you get home you've got a scolding waiting for you. And the early 2000's visuals like those buttons and icons match with this well because through games we found a way to escape these realities. Especially in an age where every industry focuses on nostalgia instead of new content in an overly positive light, traumacore tends to show the ugly truths behind these nostalgic visuals. That not everything was rainbows and sunshine. And that especially back then, we as kids would have liked a disembodied voice or symbols to guide us in a situation where it seems you can't do anything right. And I think it's beautiful, honestly. That we've created this art form to give these memories a place as well and maybe even make peace with them
I agree. I find lots of these images to be incredible pieces of art. I love the warnings, the guiding text, the way certain parts are blacked out and “censored”, to me it’s like the way our brains try to protect us from trauma even when we’re to small to understand. Our brains try to keep us safe, filter it out. These images are like we are returning and wanting to finally see the truth about our past, but now our brains protections are obstacles to seeing.
I don't have abusive parents, but I relate to many of these things, as even if the people outside of me aren't necesaarily abusive, the things inside are, these genres of dreamcore, traumacore, weirdcore, hyper pop, and others really bring into light what my mind feels like, they show the disconnectedness from reality and the feeling of constant torment and chaos in my mind, while also bringing other people that are have the same or similar feelings, either from trauma, bad mental health, or both.
the text on weirdcore/dreamcore images I think is supposed to represent your subconscious thoughts while dreaming. in my dreams sometimes I will have a person talking to me, but they really aren't talking. it's just my subconscious thoughts taking over and talking for them. So really, if you're talking to somebody in your dreams, the person represents you.
The person represents random things your mind is trying to work out like a problem to solve. Yes if you talk to someone in your dreams its a part of you i.e. your subconcious. Ask it questions if youre able. Weird and fun way to get to know oneself.

But back to weirdcore. I think the weirdcore theme ocurred often in early childhood dreams. I remember having many random uncoherent, sometimes "game like" snd overall weirdcore like dreams. I think this happens in a phase where the brain is not fully developed and is creating this random dream themes. I think this may also be the reason why I am so fascinated by weirdcore.
these feel like a depiction of existence itself falling apart. some of them, i find quite funny. some others - alarming as hell, but i rarely find those. ive always loved surreal things, they spawn a sense of wonder and curiosity in my soul, as if there is something more that i could, or even should, know. the fact that its only an image makes my mind demand for answers even more, desperately trying to find a way to breach this border between fiction and reality, yet to no avail. it feels like, in a way, all of those uncanny images could be real. maybe in an alternative reality, or something similar to a whole different dimension that our minds simply cant comprehend. its fascinating, really

The funny thing about this is that if you were to obtain the knowledge about the unknowable you yearned to know, It would not be scary anymore. Just like deep space. Once you get a better understanding of the mysteries and can at least find some kind of semilogical explanation, all the mystery is just - gone. And not ever giving you that information is something I only found weirdcore images and also - fancinatingly - children's fantasy books are able to do.

6:08 I'm 110% I've been to this playground multiple times as a small kid. It's called Discovery Park, in Utah. We would go there on field trips. I'm pretty sure I lost a filling there while eating a fruit by the foot. I think the weirdest thing is the one image I instantly recognize, is the only one that hasn't been altered.
No joke I played on this park as well. Not the one in Utah, it was a school playground we used to goto in Summer when school was out, but it's still wild.

Weird thing is that my dreams have always been completely realistic, and I only know they're dreams when I wake up and realise that I'm laying down, like a couple nights ago I was dreaming of being a pirate and fighting in naval combat, I remember the crashing waves and the crew screaming and the sound of cannon fire and death, it all looked real, there wasn't anything dream like about it

Weirdcore images provoke a strong sense of fear into me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's like the images are taken directly from by brain and shown back to me for my conscious mind to see. The translation from my brain to an image however, seems to have been corrupted in some way, showing the back boxes, warning text etc. Or are these corruptions intentional? What could they be hiding form me that I haven't already seen?

There is also a very strange thing happening when I look at a picture like 13:10 . I feel strange, kinda nostalgic about such pictures, even if I didn't grow up in such neighbourhood. I miss a place, where I've never been. I'm from Georgia, country in Europe. It's a former USSR country and if you are into the eastern European aesthetics and such, you know how most of my city looks like.

There seems to a lot of weirdcore images involving tornadoes, landspouts, and waterspouts. This could be related to how are minds might think of them as clouds touching the ground although having a perfectly reasonable explanation is strange to us and maybe a little terrifying

The Bliss wallpaper might have some nostalgic familiarity to Northern Californians, in particular. That is a real photograph taken in Napa Valley. (I'm from Monterey County, so I'm not familiar with Napa; but a video I saw about liminal spaces a few months ago announced the origins of Bliss.)
That's exactly why i love this stuff... i am also a vivid dreamer. So many of these are like places I've actually dreamed, like some shared dreamworld someone got access to and edited a photo to mimic it. And unsettling yes. Weirdcore is a really good way at capturing how trauma feels for me. I can enjoy things, but Weirdcore images have this quality that makes me feel that I belong there. I don't know if there's anyone like me in this aspect, but if you feel the same, go to a mall while it's closing alone, or walk around a small town at night (SAFELY! It helps for me that I'm like 6,1 and built enough, bring a pocket knife). It's cathartic.
i think weirdcore is a lense that imitates what childhood looks like to people with childhood trauma. to someone with childhood trauma, childhood memories are nerve wracking and scary instead of fun and comforting. thats what a lot of weirdcore images emulates. growing up in an abusive household or around untrustworthy adults is scary and confusing. the people that are supposed to care for you and love you are the most hostile to you, and thats confusing to a small child. you have to be careful and tiptoe, and it distorts your perception of reality. i used to play pretend a lot as a kid, creating my own world which gave me a safe place to stay. weirdcore imaging looks like a hallway between the happy pretend world a traumatized child feels safe in and the unnerving and dim real world
My dreams are completely different, i got details, no blanks and no weird shit, but things randomly switch up. Im dtiving a car and it randomly turns into a bike, im chilling with the homies and one of them turns into my grandma, im carriyng a bag full of money and then there are water bottles or im in my room and all if a sudden im in the living room. But in my dream i do realise it but i cant tell the changes for some reason to others cus well, they dont realise but i cant interact with them about it. The story just goes on without it ever happening, but thats kinda annoying cus i cant have a straight forward story. Im robbing a bank with my homie and then hes my mom all of a sudden, thats just straight up weird that i would rob a bank with my mom.
3:36 fun fact: it actually makes sense why it’s highlighting danger here. In this video, a dashcam video is recording when you can see a plane in the sky. Due to the immense weight of military vehicles it’s carrying, The plane falls and crashes, which causes an explosion. The photo right here is creepy for me because it reminds me of that accident.
You didnt show the image, but I was expecting that very scary, but nostalgic pic of the 90s looking, dimly lit kids bedroom, with what looks like some kind of food (hopefully) splashed on the wall, it vaguely resembles blood in the dim light. There is always some creepy text over the image, but just the image by itself is so unsettling. Like why did someone take this pic? It's someone in a lonely dark house, the door is open to the hallway, also almost no light, taking a picture of this sad looking kids room. There are a few toys and decorum I had in the early 90s as well, it hits close to home.
The thing about weirdcore for me is even if I hadn’t experienced things I still feel nostalgic about it. I have never lived in suburbia. I didn’t grow up with windows XP but I still feel nostalgia about these pictures. I think it’s fascinating that these images have the ability to do this

Sometimes after I plug away at work for awhile, I just look at weirdcore because the strangeness and odd feelings break me out of my frame of mind. It's liberating and relaxing at the same time.
I was born in 2008 but anything from the early 2000s gives me a deep feeling of nostalgia especially the frutiger aero stuff and sometimes i wish i was born in the early 2000s not only because of the "nostalgia" its because I always hear times were simpler

Weirdcore images provoke a strong sense of fear into me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's like the images are taken directly from by brain and shown back to me for my conscious mind to see. The translation from my brain to an image however, seems to have been corrupted in some way, showing the back boxes, warning text etc. Or are these corruptions intentional? What could they be hiding form me that I haven't already seen?

Weirdcore and traumacore are my favorites because in a strange way they feel like my brain when I'm alone. They feel healing in a way that also makes me uncomfortable. It's hard to describe.

Never would I have thought that weirdcore, traumacore, dreamcore and liminal spaces could be viewed as an evolution of Surrealistic Art. Nor would I have thought that it already existed before this era (2020's) or even before modern era. Yet, now that you mention it, it makes all the sense in the world.

There is also a very strange thing happening when I look at a picture like 13:10 . I feel strange, kinda nostalgic about such pictures, even if I didn't grow up in such neighbourhood. I miss a place, where I've never been. I'm from Georgia, country in Europe. It's a former USSR country and if you are into the eastern European aesthetics and such, you know how most of my city looks like.

There seems to a lot of weirdcore images involving tornadoes, landspouts, and waterspouts. This could be related to how are minds might think of them as clouds touching the ground although having a perfectly reasonable explanation is strange to us and maybe a little terrifying

The Bliss wallpaper might have some nostalgic familiarity to Northern Californians, in particular. That is a real photograph taken in Napa Valley. (I'm from Monterey County, so I'm not familiar with Napa; but a video I saw about liminal spaces a few months ago announced the origins of Bliss.)
That's exactly why i love this stuff... i am also a vivid dreamer. So many of these are like places I've actually dreamed, like some shared dreamworld someone got access to and edited a photo to mimic it. And unsettling yes. Not scary, not dangerous... but something is always "wrong" something is off. Someone is watching me?

A lot of these liminal, weird ore, dreamcore, dreamwave etc... Images, make me feel some form of weird nostalgia even when they show things that I'm am 100% sure I haven't lived, am not familiar with, are not part of my memories. It's almost like I in some way absorbed a bit of the accumulated culture and memories and lives of everyone who shared it on internet, which helps me resonate with them, or maybe it's universal? Has anyone similar feelings?

I can enjoy things, but Weirdcore images have this quality that makes me feel that I belong there.
I don't know if there's anyone like me in this aspect, but if you feel the same, go to a mall while it's closing alone, or walk around a small town at night (SAFELY! It helps for me that I'm like 6,1 and built enough, bring a pocket knife).
It's cathartic.

i think weirdcore is a lense that imitates what childhood looks like to people with childhood trauma. to someone with childhood trauma, childhood memories are nerve wracking and scary instead of fun and comforting. thats what a lot of weirdcore images emulates. growing up in an abusive household or around untrustworthy adults is scary and confusing. the people that are supposed to care for you and love you are the most hostile to you, and thats confusing to a small child. you have to be careful and tiptoe, and it distorts your perception of reality. i used to play pretend a lot as a kid, creating my own world which gave me a safe place to stay. weirdcore imaging looks like a hallway between the happy pretend world a traumatized child feels safe in and the unnerving and dim real world

My dreams are completely different, i got details, no blanks and no weird shit, but things randomly switch up. Im dtiving a car and it randomly turns into a bike, im chilling with the homies and one of them turns into my grandma, im carriyng a bag full of money and then there are water bottles or im in my room and all if a sudden im in the living room. But in my dream i do realise it but i cant tell the changes for some reason to others cus well, they dont realise but i cant interact with them about it. The story just goes on without it ever happening, but thats kinda annoying cus i cant have a straight forward story. Im robbing a bank with my homie and then hes my mom all of a sudden, thats just straight up weird that i would rob a bank with my mom.

3:36 fun fact: it actually makes sense why it’s highlighting danger here. In this video, a dashcam video is recording when you can see a plane in the sky. Due to the immense weight of military vehicles it’s carrying, The plane falls and crashes, which causes an explosion. The photo right here is creepy for me because it reminds me of that accident.

You didnt show the image, but I was expecting that very scary, but nostalgic pic of the 90s looking, dimly lit kids bedroom, with what looks like some kind of food (hopefully) splashed on the wall, it vaguely resembles blood in the dim light. There is always some creepy text over the image, but just the image by itself is so unsettling. Like why did someone take this pic? It's someone in a lonely dark house, the door is open to the hallway, also almost no light, taking a picture of this sad looking kids room. There are a few toys and decorum I had in the early 90s as well, it hits close to home.
It's interesting to how the smaller youtubers like have hands down better content! Keep it up!

The thing about weirdcore for me is even if I hadn’t experienced things I still feel nostalgic about it. I have never lived in suburbia. I didn’t grow up with windows XP but I still feel nostalgia about these pictures. I think it’s fascinating that these images have the ability to do this
