Though at 4 months baby led weaning is possible, it's not considered to replace breast feeding in anyway..it's considered complementary solid food . You should find the reason for breast feeding rejection make strategies to bring back baby to breast.. it's hard to help you with out knowing the complete details dear.

It's highly effective..get it as early as if possible..you can take more vit c and B12 rich foods. You must gargle with salt water early morning after each food before going to bed. Please don't take Cetirizine. Stay safe get well soon.

It's all the part of the development...how increase your supply by taking milk increasing diets..മുരിങ്ങ, ഉലുവ ശതാവരി etc.. if you think you want to extra feed get a pump and express or hand express after every feed. Check whether you can replace formula with this gradually then you can stop extra feeding slowly.. don't stop anything suddenly
