Yes!! It's common Cell .
Mera kia ke key me battery jaldi discharge ho rahi hai. New cell dalne ke bad me 2-3 din me key battery low aa rahi hai. Help me
Sorry, actually i have no idea about car keys electronic.. but may be battery management chip is faluty.. or you can go to electronic repair shop for more.
