Omg! LOVE the brown fluted pitcher from Target. I purchased it myself. Unfortunately, it showed up broken (along with another vase that was in 20 pieces)
But when I went to return it at my target, they had a single one left with my name on it! Also picked up the cups/mugs in the same style and color. Not sure how I’m going to style everything but I’m excited to play around with it.

Hi i’m new to your channel but you caught my attention when you said you did floral arrangements to get the credits you needed and so did i,i went to classes at our city florets,back then in 78 it was the only one we had,i loved that class i was a natural at arranging the flowers and I’ve done it in my home ever since,I’m working on my pre Fall arrangements and decor now,your work looks great 👏🏻
Thank you and welcome! The floral design class was one of my favorites that I took my whole college career. I was ok at it but it was still really fun and quite relaxing. I wish I had time to do more but maybe I’ll get into again when my kids are older.
Maybe a cookbook and cookbook stand to hide your outlet? It would look cute with a lamp, add a recipe box if you have one… a little kitchen reading corner!😊 📖
Those are definitely some more options. I don’t have a great spot for my cookbooks so that might help with that problem too! 😊🍂
Did you know that on most of those small lamps, you can just push the excess cord back into the hole. Have you tried to see if yours does that? Easier than trying to wind and tie up the excess.

I try hard to cover outlets too on my kitchen counter. One thing I did was put a small lamp on a riser so that the cord could hide under it and then I sat it in front of the outlet and it hides it well. Everything looks very nice.
That’s a good idea! I’ll have to try it. If I move my toaster to the other side and the decor and lamp next to the fridge it might work for me too!
In your kitchen- where the outlet is, how about putting the lamp in front of the outlet to hide it?😊
I was just thinking about rearranging the whole configuration and moving the lamp over to that side earlier today! Great minds think alike! 😊😊

Here’s an idea to hide your outlet…I have a small easel. I bought a smallish picture and placed it on the easel. The plugs don’t get in the way of how the art sits 😊
That’s such a great idea! More heads are definitely better than one! 😊 I’ll have to be on the lookout for an easel like that!
Everything looks so pretty, Amanda! My absolute favorite area is the top shelf on the wall of your dining area. I also really love the centerpiece on your dining table. Isn't it fun to move things around? Just putting familiar pieces in new locations can make a room feel so fresh. Like you, I always try to hide plugs and cords on kitchen counters. It's easy if you can plug things in near a corner. Then you can place decor diagonally across the corner, and there will be a triangular open space behind the decor for the cords. Other things I have used: a cookbook on the kind of cookbook stand that has a kickstand in the back, a plate displayed on a little folding stand, an artificial plant or vase of greenery, or a towel ladder (like yours). Thanks, Robin! I really wish that plug was near a corner. It definitely would have made things a ton easier. But I’m so glad to have gotten so many ideas to try. I sometimes find that after considering a spot for too long I get less creative not more. I definitely needed more eyes with this one! 😊❤️

Everything looks cozy and beautiful. I'm the same about hot weather and enjoying the decor a little longer especially since Halloween decir is my jam! Tfs. Hoping the kiddos and new baby are doing well❤
The baby and my older boys are doing really well. We’re enjoying all this time together before my oldest goes back to school. I decorate for Halloween at the beginning of October too. I need enough time with all of the different seasons and holidays! 😊🍂

I love where you put the bread box and that area but my favorite has to be (I believe it's called a chicken wire basket.) It is so cute with all your pretty decor. It came from Hobby Lobby. Unfortunately, I don’t think they carry it anymore but you can find an almost identical one on Amazon.
