I personally havent done too much physical activity using these, it should hold up okay but there are many good options to choice from in the price range.
Plastic headphones should never be used for the gym. They will break. Always. My Q30 broke 15 months later. My tribit broke around 20 months later. And this is me without using it for heavy activities like gym If u use it, they're gonna break sooner.

Worth it to buy yes.... but I suggest checking out the Tozo HT2 before you purchase. (I reviewed it as well)

No they just have the USB C cable, that can be connect to a laptop for headphone use.
