Honestly I think this has to be one of my favourite moments between Emma and David. It’s such a sweet father/daughter moment and you can tell that David just wants his daughter to be happy. Not to mention his terrible but hilarious dad jokes 😂😂
Charming is such a great Dad! He talks to softly and gentle to her, and he'd do anything to protect his little girl. Such great advice! Bring on more Emma/Charming scenes in S4! (and more Emma/Snow for that matter too!)
Who else thinks that if David and Steve Rodgers (from the First Avenger) were to stand next to each other, they would look like brothers in a WW2 costume magazine?

This is such a sweet Emma/David bonding moment, especially when he puts out his elbow and she hooks hers in 🥺 But also ‘You think I’m interested in Hook? Emma I’m a married man’ is absolute gold 😂 and Emma’s little laugh after it like ‘oh dad’

She told her parents that she would never be able to tell him because he was gone. Emma has a habit of running from her feelings and Snow/Charming knows this about their daughter. They thought Emma was running away from her feelings for Neal. Yes, she told them she wasn't interested but she also told them she still loved him. They just wanted her to be happy.
I never liked that after having a traumatic experience and almost dying, it's supposed to be unbelievable that Henry would want to be around the woman who raised him. Regina had her faults (and doubt their issue's started before he found the book) but come on she has been dealing with his nightmare since he was a baby! And I know it was really Pan but it should not have been something Henry wouldn't have done either.
Now Snow tends to be the inspirational one with hope but looks like Charming has been catching up with his wife.Lets not forget this moment where he gives us good word of advice :)

But since Captain Swan are finally confirmed as a couple in the season 3 finale, I can't wait for season 4 to see David's face to be told she's dating a 300 year old pirate with a hook. Like a "father", I bet he'll be very shocked. But since David grew to trust Hook, I guess we'll only see a "welcoming" face. Either way it's a win-win.
Elis George I think captain charming is super cute but captain swan is cute, amazing, beautiful, and just incredible , so I do like captain charming but I love captain swan.
