    La High is one of the most impressive high school structures in the country. The Greco-Roman architecture of the building and the sunken stadium are a thing of beauty. I was there in the late 80s/early 90s and I still remember many Friday Nights watching the games, we sucked terribly, but it was a thing to do before going to Jay for the rest of the night. The view from the stadium at night is breathtaking with downtown and the infinite lights of Juarez to the distance. I took it for granted. Now I wish I could see it one more time. Your youth comes and goes in a blink. Stop and enjoy it before it passes you by. Thank you for the video.

    Benji 4k, this is the best video I've seen to date, of the areas you caught. I agree with the other post saying you should get compensated for the EPHS shot...👌There's a lot of memories from there for me, and I search for all the UA-cam videos I can find that show the downtown / El Paso Depot / El Paso High School areas, just like you got. GREAT job! The video quality, the drone stability of the longish takes, video definition, all so nicely put together, thank you. Looks like you might be from the Houston area, hopefully you can manage to do a few more El Paso, projects. I am curious of a few things: 1.How far can you be from your drone before you lose connectivity to it? It looks like you're a pretty good distance from it in some spots. 2.Most drone footage I see is usually at a pretty good height. Have you ever thought of going low, like right-at or below building rooftop low? I don't think I've ever seen that, and it would probably make for a whole different and intimate perspective, obviously. I wonder if your drone connection would be minimized to a huge extent , if physical barriers would be too much to keep your link uninterrupted. Or even just the lack of eyeball contact to see where you're at. I'm talking maybe rooftop level, short distance, no electrical wires or chances of someone throwing a can of coke at it LOL! Anyhow, thanks again for the video, and thanks for reading this also. I'll look for your response if you have the chance to write one up. 👍

      Hey, thanks for comment this video buddy, and thanks for the idea of fly my drone lower, I’ll do it in my next video. Mostly I fly my drone from 100-200ft distance. I always try to do my best on my drone footages, in this case El Paso was my home town for 5 years so is special for me. I would like to do the same work in another places too.

    I'm a little late on this video! But I must admit it, WOW! The drone footage of all of downtown El Paso is just too Amazing!
    This drone does a complete 360 degree coverage that even includes a little of downtown Ciudad Juarez.
    The video was done five months ago, so it was before the construction of the new downtown Juarez, Sentinel Tower now under construction. The new construction crane is behind the Juarez Bullring which will rise to twenty stories in height.
    Blending in with downtown El Paso! Just Marvelous! If it's Benji from Skyscraper City Forum it has to be spectacular.
    Best Video EVER! of downtown and that's NO LIE!

    Hello sir I saw your UA-cam channel and understand you are a UA-camr. Very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. Total 422+ subscribers and a Total of 23+ Uploaded videos of your channel. I noticed one thing according to your channel your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on.

    this place is not pretty or overwhelming. It actually is kind of ugly full of tan dirt and that is all I see! Not very green at all- too bad. Very sterile looking.

    • @ralphjames1211
      @ralphjames1211 Рік тому +3

      What, you want the mountains to have forests all over them when the Franklin Mountains mostly consist of solid tan and orange colored rocks, and El Paso to be as green as Atlanta? It's a desert city for pete's sakes!

    • @richardgrobertson5293
      @richardgrobertson5293 Рік тому

      just sharing my opinion@@ralphjames1211 . Yes it is a desert city and one cannot change that! It is ugly compared to a lush, green environment. You may find it beautiful though. Not a big deal though.

    • @luisdelossantos5338

      The drone only covered the downtown and the West-central parts of El Paso. Both areas were the first to be developed and do not have a lot of green spaces. The video only showed about 10% of the city and yes it is a desert (getting about 8-9 inches of rain per year)but it does have areas that are greener with more vegetation.
