Emily was the first of the plls to get close to Toby make him feel human not a monster,i think that Toby was in the A team from the start ,he hate Ali and the plls ,but after knowing them in person he start to see a good thing about them and fell in love with Spencer ,but he is still go back to A's lair and do thing to the team as we all explore in season 3 episode 12 lady killer
I want them to be a new couple really bad! But now I feel like they're making such a big deal about Emily being gay that I don't know if they can reasonably have her be interested in a guy again... I love the show's willingness to show all pathways in life, but I also really loved the possibility of these two :)
