Does Blake's reborn make his cast ability count as an attack? So any on attack items also apply to his new reborn cast? I don't understand for example why you took the burning sword, if that was not the case. And it also seems like he can crit with his active by default, without needing Omnicrit? Many things I don't understand at work here xD I love cast builds though, so definitely need to play around with Blake's reborn and other similar characters that can get perma cast, or close to perma cast.
Blake's ultimate does not count as an attack. Nox, Shrop and Ziko's ultis all count as attacks, though. I do not remember, but I think I took the Burning Sword just in case. It also seemed to work with the Perfect Timing ability. This ability will force the hero to do an attack every x seconds. The Burning Sword was eventually removed. The other ability, Quickshot, can deal critical hit damage even without Omnicrit. Blake is probably the best for perma casting, because his ultimate scales with attack speed. Other heroes like Ziko use their default casting time each time.
