this is super inspirational thank you. my family member recently came out (i won’t say their name for personal reasons). but my parents decided to ground them because they found out they were bi. i wish i could have stood up for them like this. i love this and it makes me wanna say, don’t be ashamed of your pronouns, gender, or anything you wanna be. be there for everyone no matter their gender or pronouns, because we are all humans aren’t we? just a reminder to be accepting and loving to everyone

Shout out to my little brother who stood up for me when our parents found out I'm dating my bf. Me and my brother(we're twins) He came out gay and the entire family disapproved. He had already came out to me and i had been saving money for when he told the family knowing they would reject him. They rejected him and then i handed him a check of 10k and said "Dont let them stop you. I've been saving this for you" He gave me a hug and left. That night i packed everything he had and everything i had and i left too. My parents lost everything because they couldn't except my lil bro for who he was. Me and my lil bro live in an apartment together and we both got jobs. I excepted my brother because he's being who he is meant to be. It's been 8 years and he still tells me how grateful he is that i stood up for him. What i never told my brother till' about a year ago is that i too was rejected because I told my parents i was gay. And i was just waiting on him so we could both move out. I love my little brother he may be only 2 minutes younger than me, but that 2 minutes still makes me his older sister.
