For Mutton:
500gm Boneless Mutton
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Tandoori chicken/Mutton masala
Raw papaya paste
For Batter:
1 bowl gram flour
4-5 tsp Rice flour
Salt To Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Water
Oil For Frying.
