What do i need to do to unlock the portals on brigavick? Side quests? Have finished main story

Just complete the brigavik quests so u can tp into this map, afterwards u have to search those little materie whirls and hope to get a portal (if ur unlucky it takes like 30-50 runs) but mostly 5-10
