This spooky crochet bucket hat is perfect for Halloween! The hat is made with a black yarn and has a Halloween-themed design. The hat is easy to make and is perfect for beginners. You will need to know how to crochet in the round, single crochet, double crochet and chain.
MATERIALS/TOOLS USED:
♡ yarn used : MILK COTTON
♡ 7 mm crochet hook but i recommend a 5/5.5mm for tighter tension
♡ scissors
♡ darning needle and a measuring tape

Can the squares be joined together first. Then add the crown?

What size are the squares? What size hook are you using? I'm using a 5mm and I had to add another row for the crown. I need to add another row on each of my squares to meet closer to join.

I think you have a tight tension so you have to use a bigger hook
Use thicker yarn, and/or a bigger hook.
