I actually have to side with Wario for once. It’d be one thing if he tried to cheat Death out of his ice cream or steal it, but Wario got the cone fair and square while waiting in line.

@@thealientree3821 I personally don't think that Francis went to the same place as Desti, due to all the cruel things he did during his life. Wario, on the other hand, really hasn't done anything *that* bad, (other than being an annoying asshole, because he's not an effective criminal), and he did save the world once.
So if Wario dies, like, for real, he probaply won't end up in the same place Francis did. However, if I'm wrong about Wario, Francis or both, and he *does* meet Francis in some way, he'll probaply be an easy scam victim due to his stupidity and anime obsession. So yeah, you're kinda right on that one.
