SPPU Degrees for final year have not been released as of now, what other thing can be used as a proof of graduation completion.

CAP admissions are with physical presence only. Nobody can take admission on your behalf. Not even your parents (Unless there is genuine documentation saying you are unable to visit)

In CAP process you can upload scores of multiple exams like CET, CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA (Whichever ones they allow this year)
To check cutoffs through exams other than CET, check laat year's AI cutoffs.

Caste certificate is compulsory for verification in physical??
Absolutely.
Sir can I get admission in Welingkar, SIES, PUMBA, XIMR or COEP any on of these from MAT through CAP rounds? I scored 96.63 in MAT (May)

My students who are not from relatively remote areas has to travel to centres in major cities for verification process.
I suggest you wait or try to find the CET Cell Facilitation centres on CAP's last year's website.

Sir I have caste certificate but caste validity needs 'form 15 A'. I completed my graduation(BSc) in a college but they say they cant fill the form. Will it be ok if I fill form 15A from 12th college?

You can apply through tfws, but merit is very very high for it, higher than open.
